We offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee on all retail orders with the exception of Shoji Screens, Chinese and Japanese silk paintings, Chinese incense burners, Japanese Lamps, Chinese Lamps and Asian Style Furniture. Shoji screens, Chinese and Japanese silk paintings, Chinese incense burners, Japanese Lamps, Chinese Lamps and Asian Style Furniture have a 14-day unconditional money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your order you may send it back to us (at your expense) for a full refund, minus original shipping expenses. You must contact us before returning your order. We can ship to most countries in the world. Shipping zones outside of the continental U.S. may require additional shipping charges. For certain products that we sell, such as bonsai trees, furniture (not including patio umbrellas), Japanese lamps, bamboo rugs, water fountains, Oriental area rugs, statues, vases and shoji screens, please contact us for a shipping rate. You may also call us direct at 1-888-925-5326. Please note that we cannot be responsible for VAT or customs charges which may be applied by your country.

While we carry a full inventory of all our products, some may go out of stock from time to time. Please be aware that on occasion an ordered item may require up to several weeks to ship if it is on back order. We will let you know if an item is on back order within two days after you place your order. Fortunately back ordered items are rare.

For international orders, Oriental-Decor.com is not responsible for any possible customs fees, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country. If imposed, these fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please include the item/s you wish to order, specify the size, color, or any other appropriate options, along with your fullname, phone number, shipping address and email address (if you use email).
Returns Policy
Oriental-Decor.com will accept returns on retail sales within 30 days of your receiving the item/s - the exception being for shoji screens, Japanese lamps and vases, which have a 14-day return time. Shipping charges will not be refunded and you must pay postage to return the item/s. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with the shipper and we will replace the item at no cost to you. If this is the case, you must save all shipping materials for inspection by the carrier. In order to ensure a full and prompt refund, please email us or call us at 1-888-925-5326 before returning your item/s. Please do not send us returns before contacting us! We will let you know where to return your item/s after you contact us. All item/s returned to us must be in the same condition as to when they were received for a full refund. For all patio umbrella returns there is a $25 restocking fee. All other items on our website have no restocking fee.

All orders placed online or by phone are confidential. We respect your right to privacy and do not sell or give your information to any others.
