We offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee on retail orders for most stock items. There are a few exceptions, which still carry an unconditional 14-day return policy. Items which are custom made to order, and items in our Asian Bedding categories (bedspreads, duvet covers, pillows and blankets), are made especially for you at the time of order. These items cannot be returned due to their custom-made nature.

Our Asian Bedding is custom made to order and we cannot accept returns on Bedding (bedspreads, duvet covers, blankets and pillows). Custom made orders are also not refundable.
